Section 476 of CrPC 1973 :- 476. Forms --
Subject to the power conferred by Article 227 of the Constitution, the forms set forth in the Second Schedule, with such variations as the circumstances of each case require, may be used for the respective purposes therein mentioned and if used shall be sufficient.

संविधान के अनुच्छेद 227 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अधीन रहते हुए, द्वितीय अनुसूची में दिए गए प्ररूप ऐसे परिवर्तनों सहित, जैसे प्रत्येक मामले की परिस्थितियों से अपेक्षित हों, उसमें वर्णित संबद्ध प्रयोजनों के लिए उपयोग में लाए जा सकते हैं और यदि उपयोग में लाए जाते हैं तो पर्याप्त होंगे।
