Section 474 of CrPC 1973 :- 474. Trials before High Courts -

When an offence is tried by the High Court otherwise than under section 407, it shall, in the trial of the offence, observe the same procedure as a Court of Sessions would observe, if it were trying the case.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 474 का विवरण :  -  474. उच्च न्यायालयों के समक्ष विचारण --

जब किसी अपराध का विचारण उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा धारा 407 के अधीन न करके अन्यथा किया जाता है तब वह अपराध के विचारण में वैसी ही प्रक्रिया का अनुपालन करेगा, जिसका सेशन न्यायालय अनुपालन करता यदि उसके द्वारा उस मामले का विचारण किया जाता।
