Section 471 of CrPC 1973 :- 471. Exclusion of date on which Court is closed -

Where the period of limitation expires on a day when the Court is closed, the Court may take cognizance on the day on which the Court reopens.

Explanation - A Court shall be deemed to be closed on any day within the meaning of this section, if, during its normal working hours, it remains closed on that day.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 471 का विवरण :  - 471. जिस तारीख को न्यायालय बंद हो उस तारीख का अपवर्जन --

यदि परिसीमा-काल उस दिन समाप्त होता है जब न्यायालय बंद है तो न्यायालय उस दिन संज्ञान कर सकता है जिस दिन न्यायालय पुनः खुलता है ।

स्पष्टीकरण -- न्यायालय उस दिन इस धारा के अर्थान्तर्गत बंद समझा जाएगा जिस दिन अपने सामान्य काम के घंटों में वह बंद रहता है।
