Section 467 of CrPC 1973 :- 467. Definitions —

For the purposes of this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, “period of limitation” means the period specified in section 468 for taking cognizance of an offence.

इस अध्याय के प्रयोजनों के लिए जब तक संदर्भ में अन्यथा अपेक्षित न हो, “परिसीमाकाल” से किसी अपराध का संज्ञान करने के लिए धारा 468 में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि अभिप्रेत है।
