Section 448 of CrPC 1973 :-448. Bond required from minor —

When the person required by any Court, or officer to execute a bond is a minor, such Court or officer may accept, in lieu thereof, a bond executed by a surety or sureties only.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 448 का विवरण :  -  448. अवयस्क से अपेक्षित बंधपत्र --

यदि बंधपत्र निष्पादित करने के लिए किसी न्यायालय या अधिकारी द्वारा अपेक्षित व्यक्ति अवयस्क है तो वह न्यायालय या अधिकारी उसके बदले में केवल प्रतिभू या प्रतिभुओं द्वारा निष्पादित बंधपत्र स्वीकार कर सकता है।
