Section 434 of CrPC 1973 :- 434. Concurrent power of Central Government in case of death sentences -

The powers conferred by sections 432 and 433 upon the State Government may, in the case of sentences of death, also be exercised by the Central Government.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 434 का विवरण :  -  434. मृत्यु दण्डादेशों की दशा में केन्द्रीय सरकार की समवर्ती शक्ति --

धारा 432 और 433 द्वारा राज्य सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियाँ मृत्यु दण्डादेशों की दशा में केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा भी प्रयुक्त की जा सकती हैं।
