Section 430 of CrPC 1973 :- 430. Return of warrant on execution of sentence –

When a sentence has been fully executed, the officer executing it shall return the warrant to the Court from which it is issued, with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 430 का विवरण :  -  430. दण्डादेश के निष्पादन पर वारण्ट का लौटाया जाना --

जब दण्डादेश पूर्णतया निष्पादित किया जा चुका है तब उसका निष्पादन करने वाला अधिकारी वारण्ट को, स्व-हस्ताक्षर सहित पृष्ठांकन द्वारा उस रीति को, प्रमाणित करते हुए, जिससे दण्डादेश का निष्पादन किया गया था, उस न्यायालय को जिसने उसे जारी किया था, लौटा देगा।
