Section 425 of CrPC 1973 :- 425. Who may issue warrant —

Every warrant for the execution of a sentence may be issued either by the Judge or Magistrate who passed the sentence, or by his successor-in-office.

किसी दण्डादेश के निष्पादन के लिए प्रत्येक वारण्ट या तो उस न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा, जिसने दण्डादेश पारित किया है या उसके पद-उत्तरवर्ती द्वारा जारी किया जा सकता है।
