Section 419 of CrPC 1973 :- 419. Direction of warrant for execution -

Every warrant for the execution of a sentence of imprisonment shall be directed to the officer in charge of the jail or other place in which the prisoner is, or is to be, confined.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 419 का विवरण :  -  419. निष्पादन के लिए वारण्ट का निदेशन --

कारावास के दण्डादेश के निष्पादन के लिए प्रत्येक वारण्ट उस जेल या अन्य स्थान के भारसाधाक अधिकारी को निदिष्ट होगा, जिसमें बंदी परिरुद्ध है या परिरुद्ध किया जाना है।
