Section 383 CrPC in Hindi and English


Section 383 of CrPC 1973 :- 383. Procedure when appellant in jail — If the appellant is in jail, he may present his petition of appeal and the copies accompanying the same to the officer in charge of the jail, who shall thereupon forward such petition and copies to the proper Appellate Court.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 383 का विवरण :  -  383. जब अपीलार्थी जेल में है तब प्रक्रिया -- यदि अपीलार्थी जेल में है तो वह अपनी अपील की अर्जी और उसके साथ वाली प्रतिलिपियों को जेल के भारसाधक अधिकारी को दे सकता है, जो तब ऐसी अर्जी और प्रतिलिपियाँ समुचित अपील न्यायालय को भेजेगा।
