दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 382 का विवरण :  -  382. अपील की अर्जी -- प्रत्येक अपील अपीलार्थी या उसके प्लीडर द्वारा उपस्थित की गई लिखित अर्जी के रूप में की जाएगी और प्रत्येक ऐसी अर्जी के साथ (जब तक वह न्यायालय जिसमें वह उपस्थित की जाए अन्यथा निदेश न दे) उस निर्णय या आदेश की प्रतिलिपि होगी जिसके विरुद्ध अपील की जा रही है।
