Section 371 CrPC in Hindi and English



Section 371 of CrPC 1973 :- 371. Procedure in cases submitted to High Court for confirmation — In cases submitted by the Court of Session to the High Court for the confirmation of a sentence of death, the proper officer of the High Court shall, without delay, after the order of confirmation or other order has been made by the High Court, send a copy of the order, under the seal of the High Court and attested with his official signature, to the Court of Session.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 371 का विवरण :  -  371. उच्च न्यायालय की पुष्टि के लिए प्रस्तुत मामलों में प्रक्रिया -- मृत्यु दण्डादेश की पुष्टि के लिए उच्च न्यायालय को सेशन न्यायालय द्वारा प्रस्तुत मामलों में उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पुष्टि के आदेश या अन्य आदेश के दिए जाने के पश्चात् उच्च न्यायालय का समुचित अधिकारी विलम्ब के बिना, आदेश की प्रतिलिपि उच्च न्यायालय की मुद्रा लगाकर और अपने पदीय हस्ताक्षरों से अनुप्रमाणित करके सेशन न्यायालय को भेजेगा।
