Section 364 of CrPC 1973 :- 364. Judgment when to be translated - The original judgment shall be filed with the record of the proceedings and where the original is recorded in a language different from that of the Court and the accused so requires, a translation thereof into the language of the Court shall be added to such record.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 364 का विवरण : - 364. निर्णय का अनुवाद कब किया जाएगा -- मूल निर्णय कार्यवाही के अभिलेख में फाइल किया जाएगा और जहाँ मूल निर्णय ऐसी भाषा में अभिलिखित किया गया है जो न्यायालय की भाषा से भिन्न है और अभियुक्त अपेक्षा करता है तो न्यायालय की भाषा में उसका अनुवाद अभिलेख में जोड़ दिया जाएगा।
