Section 342 of CrPC 1973 :- 342. Power to order costs — Any Court dealing with an application made to it for filing a complaint under section 340 or an appeal under section 341. shall have power to make such order as to costs as may be just.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 1 का विवरण :  -  342. खर्चे का आदेश देने की शक्ति -- धारा 340 के अधीन परिवाद फाइल करने के लिए किए गए किसी आवेदन या धारा 341 के अधीन अपील के संबंध में कार्यवाही करने वाले किसी भी न्यायालय को खर्चे के बारे में ऐसा आदेश देने की शक्ति होगी, जो न्यायसंगत हो।
