Section 34 of CrPC 1973 :- 34. Withdrawal of powers -- (1) The High Court or the State Government, as the case may be, may withdraw all or any of the powers conferred by it under this Code on any person or by any officer subordinate to it.
(2) Any powers conferred by the Chief Judicial Magistrate or by the District Magistrate may be withdrawn by the respective Magistrate by whom such powers were conferred.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 34 का विवरण : - 4. शक्तियों को वापस लेना -- (1) यथास्थिति, उच्च न्यायालय या राज्य सरकार, उन सब शक्तियों को या उनमें से किसी को वापस ले सकती है जो उसने या उसके अधीनस्थ किसी अधिकारी ने किसी व्यक्ति को इस संहिता के अधीन प्रदान की है।
(2) मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट या जिला मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा प्रदत्त किन्हीं शक्तियों को उस मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा वापस लिया जा सकता है जिसके द्वारा वे शक्तियाँ प्रदान की गई थीं।
