Section 2B Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English


Section 2B of MV Act 1988 :-  Promotion of innovation -- Notwithstanding anything contained in. this Act and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Central Government, in order to promote innovation, research and development in the fields of vehicular engineering, mechanically propelled vehicles and transportation in general, the Central Government may exempt certain types of mechanically propelled vehicles from the application of the provisions of this Act.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 2ख का विवरण :  -  नवपरिवर्तन का संवर्धन -- केन्द्रीय सरकार, इस अधिनियम में अंतर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी और ऐसी शर्तों के अधीन रहते हुए, जो केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विहित की जाएं, यानीय इंजीनियरी, यांत्रिक रूप से नोदित यानों और साधारणतया परिवहन के क्षेत्रों में नवपरिवर्तन का और अनुसंधान तथा विकास का संवर्धन करने के लिए यांत्रिक रूप से नोदित कतिपय किस्म के यानों को इस अधिनियम के उपबंधों के लागू होने से छूट प्रदान कर सकेगी।
