Section 295 of CrPC 1973 :- 295. Affidavit in proof of conduct of public servants — When any application is made to any Court in the course of any inquiry, trial or other proceeding under this Code and allegations are made therein respecting any public servant, the applicant may give evidence of the facts alleged in the application by affidavit and the Court may, if it thinks fit, order that evidence relating to such facts be so given.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 295 का विवरण :  -  295. लोक सेवकों के आचरण के सबूत के बारे में शपथपत्र -- जब किसी न्यायालय में इस संहिता के अधीन किसी जांच, विचारण या अन्य कार्यवाही के दौरान कोई आवेदन किया जाता है और उसमें किसी लोक सेवक के बारे में अभिकथन किए जाते हैं तब आवेदक आवेदन में अभिकथित तथ्यों का शपथपत्र द्वारा साक्ष्य दे सकता है और यदि न्यायालय ठीक समझे तो वह आदेश दे सकता है कि ऐसे तथ्यों से संबंधित साक्ष्य इस प्रकार दिया जाए।
