Section 283 of CrPC 1973 :- 283. Record in High Court -- Every High Court may, by general rule, prescribe the manner in which the evidence of witnesses and the examination of the accused shall be taken down in cases coming before it; and such evidence and examination shall be taken down in accordance with such rule.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 283 का विवरण :  -  283. उच्च न्यायालय में अभिलेख -- प्रत्येक उच्च न्यायालय, साधारण नियम द्वारा ऐसी रीति विहित कर सकता है जिससे उन मामलों में साक्षियों के साक्ष्य को और अभियुक्त की परीक्षा को लिखा जाएगा जो उसके समक्ष आते हैं, और ऐसे साक्ष्य और परीक्षा को ऐसे नियम के अनुसार लिखा जाएगा।
