Section 280 of CrPC 1973 :- 280. Remarks respecting demeanour of witness -- When a presiding Judge or magistrate has recorded the evidence of a witness, he shall also record such remarks (if any) as he thinks material respecting the demeanour of such witness whilst under examination.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 280 का विवरण :  -  280. साक्षी की भावभंगी के बारे में टिप्पणियाँ -- जब पीठासीन न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट साक्षी का साक्ष्य अभिलिखित कर लेता है तब वह उस साक्षी की परीक्षा किए जाते समय उसकी भावभंगी के बारे में ऐसी टिप्पणियाँ भी अभिलिखित करेगा (यदि कोई हो), जो वह तात्विक समझता है।
