Section 28 Evidence Act 1872 :Confession made after removal of impression caused by inducement, threat or promise, relevant -- If such a confession as is referred to in section 24 is made after the impression caused by any such inducement, threat or promise has, in the opinion of the Court, been fully removed, it is relevant.

भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 28 का विवरण : - उत्प्रेरणा, धमकी या वचन से पैदा हए मन पर प्रभाव के दूर हो जाने के पश्चात् की गई संस्वीकृति सुसंगत है -- यदि ऐसी कोई संस्वीकृति, जैसी धारा 24 में निर्दिष्ट है, न्यायालय की राय में उसके मन पर प्रभाव के, जो ऐसी किसी उत्प्रेरणा, धमकी या वचन से कारित हुआ है, पूर्णतः दूर हो जाने के पश्चात् की गई है, तो वह सुसंगत है।
