Section 265L. of CrPC 1973 :- 265 L. Non-application of the Chapter — Nothing in this Chapter shall apply to any Juvenile or Child as defined in sub-clause (k) of section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (56 of 2000).]

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 265L. का विवरण :  -  265 ठ. अध्याय का लागू न होना -- इस अध्याय की कोई बात, किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देख-रेख और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 56) की धारा 2 के उपखंड (ट) में यथा परिभाषित किसी किशोर या बालक को लागू नहीं होगी।
