Section 264 of CrPC 1973 :- 264. Judgment in cases tried summarily – In every case tried summarily in which the accused does not plead guilty, the Magistrate shall record the substance of the evidence and a judgment containing a brief statement of the reasons for the finding.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 264 का विवरण :  -  264. संक्षेपतः विचारित मामलों में निर्णय -- संक्षेपतः विचारित प्रत्येक ऐसे मामले में, जिसमें अभियुक्त दोषी होने का अभिवचन नहीं करता है, मजिस्ट्रेट साक्ष्य का सारांश और निष्कर्ष के कारणों का संक्षिप्त कथन देते हुए निर्णय अभिलिखित करेगा।
