Section 238 of CrPC 1973 :- 238. Compliance with section 207 — When in any warrant-case instituted on a police report, the accused appears or is brought before a Magistrate at the commencement of the trial, the Magistrate shall satisfy himself that he has complied with the provisions of section 207.

238. धारा 207 का अनुपालन --- जब पुलिस रिपोर्ट पर संस्थित किसी वारण्ट-मामले में अभियुक्त विचारण के प्रारंभ में मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष हाजिर होता है या लाया जाता है तब मजिस्ट्रेट अपना यह समाधान कर लेगा कि उसने धारा 207 के उपबंधों का अनुपालन कर लिया है।
