Section 232 of CrPC 1973 :- 232. Acquittal If after taking the evidence for the prosecution, examining the accused and hearing the prosecution and the defence on the point, the Judge considers that there is no evidence that the accused committed the offence, the judge shall record an order of acquittal.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 232 का विवरण :  -  232. दोषमुक्ति -- यदि संबद्ध विषय के बारे में अभियोजन का साक्ष्य लेने, अभियुक्त की परीक्षा करने और अभियोजन और प्रतिरक्षा को सुनने के पश्चात् न्यायाधीश का यह विचार है कि इस बात का साक्ष्य नहीं है कि अभियुक्त ने अपराध किया है तो न्यायाधीश दोषमुक्ति का आदेश अभिलिखित करेगा।
