Section 229 of CrPC 1973 :- 229. Conviction on plea of guilty - If the accused pleads guilty, the Judge shall record the plea and may, in his discretion, convict him thereon.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 229 का विवरण :  -  229. दोषी होने का अभिवचन - यदि अभियुक्त दोषी होने का अभिवचन करता है तो न्यायाधीश उस अभिवाक् को लेखबद्ध करेगा और उसके आधार पर उसे, स्वविवेकानुसार, दोषसिद्ध कर सकता है।
