Section 217A Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English



Section 217A of MV Act 1988 :- Renewal of permits, driving licences and registration granted under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 -- Notwithstanding the repeal by sub-section (1) of section 217 of the enactments referred to in that sub-section, any certificate of fitness or registration or licence or permit issued or granted under the said enactments may be renewed under this Act.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 217क का विवरण :  -  मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1939 के अधीन अनुदत्त परमिट, चालक अनुज्ञप्ति और रजिस्ट्रीकरण का नवीकरण -- धारा 217 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा उस धारा में निर्दिष्ट अधिनियमितियों के निरसन के होते हुए भी, उक्त अधिनियमितियों के अधीन जारी किए गए या अनुदत्त किसी उपयुक्तता प्रमाण-पत्र या रजिस्ट्रीकरण या अनुज्ञप्ति या परमिट को इस अधिनियम के अधीन नवीकृत किया जा सकेगा।
