Section 210C Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English


Section 210C of MV Act 1988 :- Power of Central Government to make rules -- The Central Government may make rules for--

(a) design, construction and maintenance standards for National highways;

(b) such other factors as may be taken into account by the Court under sub section (3) of section 198A;

(c) any other matter which is, or has to be, prescribed by the Central Government.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 210C का विवरण :  -  केन्द्रीय सरकार की नियम बनाने की शक्ति -- केन्द्रीय सरकार निम्नलिखित के लिए नियम बना सकेगी--

(क) राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों के डिजाइन, संनिर्माण और अनुरक्षण के मानकों;

(ख) ऐसे अन्य कारकों, जिन पर न्यायालय द्वारा धारा 198क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन विचार किया जाए;

(ग) ऐसे किसी अन्य विषय, जो केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विहित किया गया है या किया जाए ।
