दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 195-क का विवरण :  -  195-क. धमकी इत्यादि के मामले में साक्षियों के लिये प्रक्रिया -- भारतीय दण्ड संहिता (1860 का 45) की धारा 195-क के अधीन किसी अपराध के संबंध में साक्षी या कोई अन्य व्यक्ति परिवाद दाखिल कर सकेगा।
