Section 194E Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English



Section 194E of MV Act 1988 :- Failure to allow free passage to emergency vehicles -- Whoever while driving a motor vehicle fails to draw to the side of the road, on the approach of a fire service vehicle or of an ambulance or other emergency vehicle as may be specified by the State Government, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with a fine of ten thousand rupees or with both.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 194ङ का विवरण :  -  आपातकालीन यानों को अबाध रूप से गुजरने देने में असफलता -- जो कोई, किसी मोटर यान को चलाते समय अग्निशमन सेवा यान के या एम्बूलेंस या अन्य आपातकालीन यान, जो राज्य सरकार द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किया जाए, के आ जाने पर सडक की एक ओर ले जाने में असफल रहता है, ऐसे कारावास, जिसकी अवधि छह मास तक की हो सकेगी या दस हजार रुपए के जुर्माने से या दोनों से दंडनीय होगा।
