Section 181 Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English



Section 181 of MV Act 1988 :- Driving vehicles in contravention of section 3 or section 4 -- Whoever drives a motor vehicle in contravention of section 3 or section 4 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine of five thousand rupees, or with both.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 181 का विवरण :  -  धारा 3 या धारा 4 के उल्लंघन में यानों को चलाना -- जो कोई धारा 3 या धारा 4 के उल्लंघन में किसी मोटर यान को चलाएगा, वह कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि तीन मास तक की हो सकेगी, या पांच हजार रुपए के जुर्माने से, अथवा दोनों से, दण्डनीय होगा ।
