Section 152 of CrPC 1973 :- 152. Prevention of injury to public property - A police officer may of his own authority interpose to prevent any injury attempted to be committed in his view to any public property, movable or immovable, or the removal or injury of any public landmark or buoy or other mark used for navigation.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 152 का विवरण :  -  152. लोक संपत्ति की हानि का निवारण -- किसी पुलिस अधिकारी की दृष्टिगोचरता में किसी भी जंगम या स्थावर लोक संपत्ति को हानि पहुँचाने का प्रयत्न किए जाने पर वह उसका, या किसी लोक भूमि चिन्ह या बोया या नौपरिवहन के लिए प्रयुक्त अन्य चिन्ह के हटाए जाने या उसे हानि पहुँचाए जाने का, निवारण करने के लिए अपने ही प्राधिकार से अन्तःक्षेप कर सकता है।
