Section 13 of MV Act 1988 :-  Extent of effectiveness of licences to drive motor vehicles -- A learner's licence or a driving licence issued under this Act shall be effective throughout India.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 13 का विवरण :  -  मोटर यानों को चलाने की अनुज्ञप्तियों के प्रभावी होने का विस्तार -- इस अधिनियम के अधीन दी गई शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति या चालन-अनुज्ञप्ति संपूर्ण भारत में प्रभावी होगी ।
