Section 125 Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English



Section 125 of MV Act 1988 :- Obstruction of driver -- No person driving a motor vehicle shall allow any person to stand or sit or to place anything in such a manner or position as to hamper the driver in his control of the vehicle.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 125 का विवरण :  -  ड्राइवर को बाधा -- मोटर यान चलाने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसी रीति से या ऐसी जगह पर किसी व्यक्ति को खड़ा रहने या बैठने अथवा किसी वस्तु को रखने की अनुज्ञा न देगा जिससे यान पर अपना नियंत्रण रखने में ड्राइवर को रुकावट हो ।
