Section 123 Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English



Section 123 of MV Act 1988 :- Riding on running board, etc. -- (1) No person driving or in charge of a motor vehicle shall carry any person or permit any person to be carried on the running board or otherwise than within the body of the vehicle.

(2) No person shall travel on the running board or on the top or on the bonnet of a motor vehicle.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 123 का विवरण :  -रनिंग बोर्ड आदि पर सवारी करना -- (1) मोटर यान का ड्राइवर या भारसाधक व्यक्ति किसी भी व्यक्ति को न तो रनिंग बोर्ड पर ले जाएगा और न यान की बॉडी के अंदर ले जाने से अन्यथा ले जाएगा और न ऐसे ले जाए जाने की अनुज्ञा देगा।

(2) कोई व्यक्ति मोटर यान के रनिंग बोर्ड या छत या बोनेट पर यात्रा नहीं करेगा ।
