Section 122 Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English

Section 122 of MV Act 1988 :- Leaving vehicle in dangerous position -- No person in charge of a motor vehicle shall cause or allow the vehicle or any trailer to be abandoned or to remain at rest on any public place in such a position or in such a condition or in such circumstances as to cause or likely to cause danger, obstruction or undue inconvenience to other users of the public place or to the passengers.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 122 का विवरण :  -  यान को खतरनाक स्थिति में छोड़ना -- किसी मोटर यान का भारसाधक व्यक्ति किसी यान या ट्रेलर को किसी सार्वजनिक स्थान पर न तो ऐसी स्थिति में, न ऐसी हालत में और न ऐसी परिस्थितियों में छोड़ेगा या रहने देगा या छोड़ने या रहने देने की अनुज्ञा देगा, जिससे सार्वजनिक स्थान का उपयोग करने वाले अन्य व्यक्तियों या यात्रियों को खतरा, बाधा या असम्यक् असुविधा हो या होने की संभावना हो ।
