Section 120 Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English


Section 120 of MV Act 1988 :- Vehicles with left hand control -- No person shall drive or cause or allow to be driven in any public place any motor vehicle with a left-hand steering control unless it is equipped with a mechanical or electrical signalling device of a prescribed nature and in working order.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 120 का विवरण :  -  बाईं ओर के नियंत्रण वाले यान -- कोई व्यक्ति बाईं ओर के स्टीयरिंग नियंत्रण वाले ऐसे किसी मोटर यान को किसी सार्वजनिक स्थान में तभी चलाएगा या चलवाएगा या चलाने देगा, जब उसमें विहित प्रकार की यांत्रिक या विद्युत संकेतन युक्ति लगी हुई हो और वह चालू हालत में हो, अन्यथा नहीं।
