Section 105J of CrPC 1973 :- 105 J. - Certain transfers to be null and void - Where after the making of an order under sub-section (1) of section 105E or the issue of a notice under section 105G, any property referred to in the said order or notice is transferred by any mode whatsoever such transfers shall, for the purposes of the proceedings under this Chapter, be ignored and if such property is subsequently forfeited to the Central Government under section 105H, then the transfer of such property shall be deemed to be null and void.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 105 ञ का विवरण :  -  105 ञ - कुछ अंतरणों का अकृत और शून्य होना -- जहाँ धारा 105 ङ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन कोई आदेश करने या धारा 105 छ के अधीन कोई सूचना जारी करने के पश्चात्, उक्त आदेश या सूचना में निर्दिष्ट कोई संपत्ति किसी भी रीति से अंतरित कर दी जाती है वहाँ इस अध्याय के अधीन कार्यवाहियों के प्रयोजनों के लिए, ऐसे अंतरणों पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जाएगा और यदि ऐसी संपत्ति बाद में धारा 105 ज के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को समपहृत हो जाती है तो ऐसी संपत्ति का अंतरण अकृत और शून्य समझा जाएगा।
