Section 105F of CrPC 1973 :- 105 F. - Management of properties seized or forfeited under this Chapter — (1) The Court may appoint the District Magistrate of the area where the property is situated, or any other officer that may be nominated by the District Magistrate, to perform the functions of Administrator of such property.

(2) The Administrator appointed under sub-section (1) shall receive and manage the property in relation to which the order has been made under sub-section (1) of section 105E or under section 105H in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be specified by the Central Government.

(3) The Administrator shall also take such measures, as the Central Government may direct, to dispose of the property which is forfeited to the Central Government.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा  105 च का विवरण :  -  105 च. - इस अध्याय के अधीन अभिगृहीत या समपहृत संपत्ति का प्रबंध -- (1) न्यायालय उस क्षेत्र के, जहाँ संपत्ति स्थित है, जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को, या अन्य किसी अधिकारी को, जो जिला मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा नामनिर्देशित किया जाए, ऐसी संपत्ति के प्रशासक के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए नियुक्त कर सकेगा।

(2) उपधारा (1) के अधीन नियुक्त किया गया प्रशासक, उस संपत्ति को, जिसके संबंध में धारा 105ङ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन या धारा 105ज के अधीन आदेश किया गया है, ऐसी रीति से और ऐसी शर्तों के अधीन रहते हुए, जो केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट की जाएँ, प्राप्त करेगा और उसका प्रबंध करेगा।

(3) प्रशासक, केन्द्रीय सरकार को समपहृत संपत्ति के व्ययन के लिए ऐसे उपाय भी करेगा, जो केन्द्रीय सरकार निदिष्ट करे
