Section 103 of CrPC 1973 :- 103. Magistrate may direct search in his presence — Any Magistrate may direct a search to be made in his presence of any place for the search of which he is competent to issue a search warrant.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 103 का विवरण :  -  103. मजिस्ट्रेट अपनी उपस्थिति में तलाशी ली जाने का निदेश दे सकता है -- कोई मजिस्ट्रेट किसी स्थान की, जिसकी तलाशी के लिए वह तलाशी-वारण्ट जारी करने के लिए सक्षम है, अपनी उपस्थिति में तलाशी ली जाने का निदेश दे सकता है।
