Section 94 The Trade Marks Act, 1999: 

 Bar to appear before Appellate Board.—On ceasing to hold office, the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or other Members shall not appear before the Appellate Board or the Registrar.

अपील बोर्ड के समक्ष उपसंजात होने का वर्जन-अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष या अन्य सदस्य पद धारण करना समाप्त होने पर, अपील बोर्ड या रजिस्ट्रार के समक्ष उपसंजात नहीं होंगे ।
