Section 36  Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996: 

Enforcement.—Where the time for making an application to set aside the arbitral award under section 34 has expired, or such application having been made, it has been refused, the award shall be enforced under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) in the same manner as if it were a decree of the Court.

माध्यस्थम् और सुलह अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 36 का विवरण : 

प्रवर्तन-जहां धारा 34 के अधीन माध्यस्थम् पंचाट को अपास्त करने के लिए आवेदन करने का समय समाप्त हो गया है या ऐसा आवेदन किए जाने पर, उसे नामंजूर कर दिया गया है, वहां पंचाट, सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1908 (1908 का 5) के अधीन उसी रीति से प्रवर्तित किया जाएगा मानो वह न्यायालय की डिक्री हो ।
