Section 37  Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996: 

  Appealable orders.—

(1) An appeal shall lie from the following orders (and from no others) to the Court authorised by law to hear appeals from original decrees of the Court passing the order, namely:—

(a) granting or refusing to grant any measure under section 9;

(b) setting aside or refusing to set aside an arbitral award under section 34.

(2) An appeal shall also lie to a Court from an order granting of the arbitral tribunal.—

(a) accepting the plea referred in sub-section (2) or sub-section (3) of section 16; or

(b) granting or refusing to grant an interim measure under section 17.

(3) No second appeal shall lie from an order passed in appeal under this section, but nothing in this section shall affect or take away any right to appeal to the Supreme Court.

माध्यस्थम् और सुलह अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 37 का विवरण : 

अपीलनीय आदेश-(1) निम्नलिखित आदेशों से (न कि अन्यों से) कोई अपील उस न्यायालय में होगी जो आदेश पारित करने वाले न्यायालय की मूल डिक्रियों से अपील सुनने के लिए विधि द्वारा प्राधिकृत हो, अर्थात् :-

(क) धारा 9 के अधीन किसी उपाय को मंजूर करना या मंजूर करने से इंकार करना ;

(ख) धारा 34 के अधीन माध्यस्थम् पंचाट अपास्त करना या अपास्त करने से इंकार करना ।

(2) माध्यस्थम् अधिकरण के,-

(क) धारा 16 की उपधारा (2) या उपधारा (3) में निर्दिष्ट अभिवचन स्वीकार करने के ; या

(ख) धारा 17 के अधीन किसी अंतरिम उपाय को मंजूर करने या मंजूर करने से इंकार करने के, किसी आदेश से भी अपील न्यायालय में होगी ।

(3) इस धारा के अधीन अपील में पारित किसी आदेश से द्वितीय अपील नहीं होगी, किन्तु इस धारा की कोई भी बात, उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील करने के किसी अधिकार पर प्रभाव न डालेगी या उसे छीन न लेगी ।
