Section 70 Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996:
Disclosure of information.—When the conciliator receives factual information concerning the dispute from a party, he shall disclose the substance of that information to the other party in order that the other party may have the opportunity to present any explanation which he considers appropriate: Provided that when a party gives any information to the conciliator subject to a specific condition that it be kept confidential, the conciliator shall not disclose that information to the other party.

माध्यस्थम् और सुलह अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 70 का विवरण :
जानकारी का प्रकटीकरण-जब सुलहकर्ता किसी पक्षकार से विवाद से संबंधित तथ्यपरक जानकारी प्राप्त करता है, तब वह, दूसरे पक्षकार को उस जानकारी का सार प्रकट करेगा जिससे कि दूसरे पक्षकार को कोई ऐसा स्पष्टीकरण प्रस्तुत करने का अवसर मिल सके जिसे वह समुचित समझे :
परन्तु जब कोई पक्षकार, इस विनिर्दिष्ट शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए सुलहकर्ता को कोई जानकारी देता है कि उसे गोपनीय रखा जाए, तब सुलहकर्ता उक्त जानकारी को दूसरे पक्षकार को प्रकट नहीं करेगा ।
