 Qurban Ali vs Union of India - Haridwar Hate Speech Case Supreme Court

A petition has bee filed in Supreme Court of India by journalist Qurban Ali and Retired High Court Judge Anjana Prakash in Haridwar Dharam Sansad hate speech issue. CJI N V Ramana led Supreme Court bench has issued notice in this case today after short hearing by Sr. Advocates appearing on behalf of Qurban Ali and Anjana Prakash.

FIR was lodged in Uttarakhand after video went viral about hate speeches in Haridwar congregation but no arrest has taken place till now.
