Section 93 The Trade Marks Act, 1999:
Bar of jurisdiction of courts, etc.—No court or other authority shall have or, be entitled to, exercise any jurisdiction, powers or authority in relation to the matters referred to in sub-section
(1) of section 91.

न्यायालयों, आदि की अधिकारिता का वर्जन-कोई न्यायालय या अन्य प्राधिकारी धारा 91 की उपधारा (1) में निर्दिष्ट विषयों के संबंध में किसी अधिकारिता, शक्तियों या प्राधिकार का प्रयोग नहीं करेगा या उसके प्रयोग करने का हकदार नहीं होगा ।
