Section 6  Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996: 

Administrative assistance.—In order to facilitate the conduct of the arbitral proceedings, the parties, or the arbitral tribunal with the consent of the parties, may arrange for administrative assistance by a suitable institution or person.

 प्रशासनिक सहायता-माध्यस्थम् कार्यवाहियों का संचालन सुकर बनाने की दृष्टि से पक्षकार या पक्षकारों की सम्मति से माध्यस्थम् अधिकरण, किसी उपयुक्त संस्था या व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रशासनिक सहायता के लिए व्यवस्था कर सकेगा ।
