Section 123 The Trade Marks Act, 1999:

 

Certain persons to be public servants.—Every person appointed under this Act and every Member of the Appellate Board shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).

कतिपय व्यक्तियों का लोक सेवक होना-इस अधिनियम के अधीन नियुक्त प्रत्येक व्यक्ति और अपील बोर्ड का प्रत्येक सदस्य भारतीय दंड संहिता (1860 का 45) की धारा 21 के अर्थान्तर्गत लोक सेवक समझा जाएगा ।
