Section 119 The Trade Marks Act, 1999: 

Information as to commission of offence.—An officer of the Government whose duty it is to take part in the enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter shall not be compelled in any court to say whence he got any information as to the commission of any offence against this Act.

अपराध किए जाने के बारे में इत्तिला-सरकार के किसी अधिकारी को, जिसका कार्य इस अध्याय के उपबंधों को प्रवृत्त कराने में भाग लेना है, किसी भी न्यायालय में यह कहने के लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जाएगा कि इस अधिनियम के विरुद्ध किसी अपराध के किए जाने के बारे में कोई इत्तिला उसे कहां से प्राप्त हुई ।
