Section 395 of IPC 1860:- Punishment for dacoity -

Whoever commits dacoity shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

जो कोई डकैती करेगा, वह आजीवन कारावास से, या कठिन कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
