Section 450 of IPC 1860:- House-trespass in order to commit offence punishable with imprisonment for life -

Whoever commits house-trespass in order to the committing of any offence punishable with imprisonment for life, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

आईपीसी, 1860 (भारतीय दंड संहिता) की धारा 450 का विवरण - आजीवन कारावास से दण्डनीय अपराध को करने के लिए गृह-अतिचार -

जो कोई आजीवन कारावास से दण्डनीय कोई अपराध करने के लिए गृह-अतिचार करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
